Products were well made and of good quality.
Sizes are not true. I am a small person and ordered a M size for the cardigan; too small, I should have taken a L at least to have the cardigan cover my chest. Material is good.
Ordered two tops in M - they are really big. Material is good, and items very well made. cut is just plain straight, which was a little disappointing
Delivery time was too long, considering that you apparently have warehouses in Australia as well.

If I could press legal charges, I would!
Company is refusing to accept the return and stiffed me for $136
Offered $24 as compensation.
I think this company is owned by someone from Dubai . Their sorting facility and wearhouse is in California. They should be able to accept the returns locally.
It’s a huge scam! Do NOT buy from Bovuf!

I have written five times so far requesting a returns label. So far they simply will not send me one. They want to palm me off with a $16 inducement to keep it. I just want to return it. I had full expectation of being able to do this if it did not suit but clearly that is not the case. I am very fed up and don’t recommend buying from this company because their customer service is lamentable and their techniques unacceptable. PLEASE SEnD ME A RETURN LABEL.

Bit disappointed with the two dresses with the inbuilt shrug, they are too short and ride up.
but everything else as i ordered thanks.

Product is exactly what it looks like in the picture, true to the size.
The only issue I had is that the shipping was too expensive.

The order arrived in a timely fashion but I did not know exactly when it was arriving .I came home once and the delivery person had thrown it over the gate and onto the grass. It was just in a plastic bag.

I suggest better updates for the arrival of the order.

It arrived earlier than expected. They fit perfectly(i used the measurements charts) and although haven’t wear them because the long dress is for a weeding to come I can’t wait!!

It’s a scam…. I got scammed.
Took weeks to deliver, nothing like photos, couldn’t even get one dress over my head….

If I could give zero stars I would. My order was $104. The material was cheap, at best. The size was no where near my size. Both of the outfits I ordered looked NOTHiNG like the photos. When I contacted them to return them they told me they could give me a $24 refund and I could keep them! The next offer was $34 and final offer $46. Said if they make me ship it back to Dubai it would cost $80-$100. Ridiculous!
And they advertise it is made in the US! Do not buy from them, might as well donate to a food pantry or give a Benjamin to a homeless person.

Was easy to place order, shipping took a little longer than expected. Not sure how I return items but hoping this is straight forward enough. Really great quality of my items better then I thought and will definitely be shopping again ;)
