Stay away from Boventa GmbH

Stay away from Boventa GmbH

I bought a 2019 Honda Civic Type R from them, had it delivered. After just 200 km, the turbo failed! They delivered the car with missing bolts on the turbo inlet that lead to the turbo gasket breaking and destroying the turbo completely. All this repairs costed me more than 2000€.

The salesman was replying initially as we where trying to solve the broken door panel and trim issue, but after reporting the turbo issue he stopped responding. They refused to cover anything, hid behind a "warranty company" I never agreed to, and then acted like it was my fault for repairing a car that couldn’t even move.

I’m now taking legal action. This dealer is completely untrustworthy, especially if you're buying from outside Germany. Most of the 5-star reviews here look fake don’t fall for them.

If you value your money and sanity, avoid Boventa GmbH at all costs.
