Very poor experience

We ordered our bathroom tiles and paid in early Dec 2025. Delivery was requested and confirmed for 15 January. A few days before the expected delivery date, we inquired if everything was still on track. We were then told that the delivery would be delayed by 10 days. The delivery eventually arrived but the incorrect tile was delivered as well as a short fall.
We were forced to drive the 1 hour drive to collect another box and continue the tiling with the incorrect color tile as we could not postpone the project due to the contractor availability. Overall a very poor experience!
