Just 4 weeks after walking through the door with an idea in my mind, David and his team made that idea a reality. I am delighted with my ring and smile every time I look at it. David’s advice and knowledge of gems and settings was apparent from the start and he led me through the process that would create my beautiful ring. I would thoroughly recommend David and his team.

I discovered Boutique Sophia after searching online for a specific ring I had fallen in love with. From my very first WhatsApp message, David was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and shared his extensive knowledge throughout the entire process, making me feel completely confident in my purchase.

When the first version of the ring arrived, it wasn’t quite perfect. Rather than being an issue, it showed the exceptional level of customer service Boutique Sophia provides. I found this hidden gem of a jewellers in the heart of Rustington. I rang the shop and spoke to the friendly and helpful Daina about selling jewellery and gold items.
We arranged to go in to discuss the selling of various items of jewellery and dealt with David, the owner. We found him to be knowledgeable and honest in valuing our items individually with no pressure on us to sell and ,we were offered, what we considered, to be a very good price.
Boutique Sophia is a genuine and reputable jewellers shop with friendly staff and offer first class, 5 star service.

Being a typical male, the thought of choosing an Engagement Ring was daunting! I had the best experience I have ever had in a jewellers. The staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They take the time to talk you through what you are buying and make you feel like you are the only important person in that shop.
I had a slight mishap on collection which WAS NOT their fault and yet I was sent the most beautiful gift as an apology. And like I said, it WAS NOT their fault but they highly value their customers and want to ensure you are happy. I must say Dana is absolutely lovely and her knowledge in jewellery is incredible.
