I ordered a pair of pink ankle boots, but even after 13 days it was still on pending. The money was paid and their customer service is completely terrible! I will NEVER order from them ever again!!

Their customer service is a joke
Their customer service is a joke and their sizing is way off. I ordered a pair of the lavender stacks in my size and they were too small so I returned them for store credit and bought a different pair of stacks one size up and they still did not fit. I emailed them asking if they could fully refund me to my card even though I used store credit for the second pair and they said yes. However, when the return was processed I only got 8 dollars back (the cost of shipping) and that's it. Not even the store credit back which is ridiculous. I ordered the second pair in January it is now March, and I have sent them multiple emails from the email I used on my account and a separate one and I have heard nothing, not even an automated response. I am missing over 90 dollars and their customer service is not responding at all.

Love my new shoes imma keep ordering I’m officially addicted now I need 12 more pairs on the way this shoe company is outstanding , shoe fit comfortable just only thing I have to slightly fight with the zipper sometimes but idc overall give stars its worth it. As long my feet never hurts with yal shoes the platforms feel like I’m walking in clouds I’m 5’4. All their shoes gets my attention thanks again this company and KILLSTAR I’ll spend my last dime for!!!!!!!
