Literally been fleeced. Bought the 'fleece' waistcoat with a voucher they sent as the dress I'd previously bought was infact unreturnable (dress actually ok, just tiny) The 'fleece' was so thin it was almost transparent and made of that semi-disposable fabric. Unacceptable.

SCAM!!!! Spent a fortune on 6 items and they're all horrific. To return you will be put through various dupes of discount vouchers instead, then sent a form and request to pay return to China (which looks like a fake address and will need to pay customs too!) not worth it. I'm raging!!!!

Do not use this web site. You will not receive what you ordered and when you complain they stop communicating with you. Pity because the clothes do look nice,

I believe that this company also trades under the names Kalia Boutique, Kali Fashion, Blakesonline, Starays.com, Lasaky.com, Jikics.com and Ella Cork. A TOTAL SCAM . Products are absolute rubbish! Same experience…… avoid!!!!

I would advise against purchasing from this company. Although they present themselves as a London-based business, returns must be shipped to China, which can be expensive and comes with no assurance of delivery. I ordered a dress that arrived in poor quality and in the wrong color. When I inquired about returning it, I was told that I could not return it to the store and would need to send it back to China. Even with tracking, the post office could not guarantee its delivery. The only compensation offered was a £5 refund. The service was truly disappointing. Given 1 star so i could submit a review

Please do not order from this company. The items look amazing on Pinterest but they are too good to be true. They actually come from China and to return an item costs more than the original cost. I ordered a dress for approximately £35, it’s extremely poorly made and very poor quality. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience. Really wish I had read the reviews first and would never order anything from this place again.

I feel a complete sucker for not reading reviews before I ordered. The cheap, nasty, nylon, far-too-big dress is now in landfill. Lesson learned.

This is a Chinese based company. Don't be fooled by all the references to Montreal. They do not produce quality products at all. And if you want to return them, you have to send them back to CHINA which is where their warehouse is and where they ship from. But even if you try to return them, they won't even pay the customs fees to pick them up. That's how cheap and inferior their products are. So you won't get a refund and you will be out the money you spend on the postage. Other customers on this website and on Yelp have proof of this.

It’s a scam. Big time. They say they have phone support- phone doesn’t work. Cloths - garbage. Not what they advertise at all. Do not get sucked into it like I did. Stay away

COMES FROM CHINA!!! FITS LIKE GARBAGE!! I messaged to return.. she offers 12% back or 20% off another item. I wanted to return.. she gave me an address IN CHINA!!! TO RETURN TO!! this business is a scam, DO NOT ORDER!!!

Please do not buy.
What I bought was much smaller and had to be returned to someone in Asia. Which was quite expensive. If you can’t return it, you get only a percentage of your order. So money and time wasted!

Just don’t buy here.

Foolishly I did - bought what they promoted as a linen outfit … it came and was polyester.
returns are a joke - would cost me twice as much to send it back.

Just don’t. That’s my honest complete recommendation.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dress that turned out to be poor quality and requested a refund. I followed their returns policy exactly, including sending the item back to an address in China at my own expense.

The return has been stuck in Chinese customs since 20/06/2025 because the recipient hasn’t paid the customs charges to accept the parcel. Despite this, the company has made no effort to resolve the issue or communicate with me.

I’ve sent multiple emails to their customer service team, but I’ve received no response. Their website claims they respond within 24 hours, but that is simply not true.

Overall, the returns process has been frustrating, expensive, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Dress arrived after 6 weeks, the lace insert around the neckline was peeling off. The fit was shockingly bad. I could barely get my arms in, I am a size 12/14 and ordered a large. The clothes are not designed for real women.

I ordered an item from Boutique Elegance in Montreal and the quality was laughable. I wanted to support it because it was Canadian. When I tried to return it as soon as I opened the item, they gave me the run around and the offered me credit on their site instead. I wanted my money back and so finally after weeks of communication this was their response: We understand that our offer may not have met your expectations. As previously mentioned, if you wish to proceed with a standard return, please use the return form we have provided.

The items come straight from China, and are not the best quality or fit. The return policy is a joke. Do not purchase from here!

I wish I had researched this shop before ordering! But instead got caught up looking for something specific for my husband and bought impulsively. The item for sale in the listing is clearly not the item received - not even close. It's cheap polyester garbage; not a knit sweater that it resembled in the photos. So disappointing. Not even worth $10, let alone $70. My husband hates it of course. It also took 2 weeks to deliver. After ordering a notification that shipping was coming from China. DO NOT order from here or get caught up in this scam of a shop fronting as a real boutique.

Disappointed I didn't read reviews first. Do not order from this scam artist. High prices and clothing that arrived six weeks later looked NOTHING like what was advertised. I've been trying to return and get my money back as promised on the website, but they switch between ignoring me and offering a small reduction in price or store credit....like I would ever purchase anything from this scam site again! This is not a a company based in Montreal, not in the Netherlands either. When you see these ads on Facebook, Amazon, Tictock, Pinterest, just save yourself the hassle and wasted money and scroll on by. I have reported this fraudulent transaction to my cc company and they will be reversing charges.
