Improved customer service

A couple of things. I have had some challenges in the past with customer support with this publisher. However, in this case Katrina was very clear with steps and helpful from my initial request to ultimate resolution. I am a fan of Fred Minnick and have always thoroughly enjoyed the coverage in this pub. Well done and improvements noted!

Hopefully it is getting better

My neighbor order a 2 year subscription for me and it took almost four months with multiple attempts in contacting the magazine, which is extremely difficult to even find contact information, I did eventually get it and then received the summer addition on time. However the fall one never arrived and my chance my first email reached someone who was extremely helpful. He says they have made changes to improve and more are on the way, but until I see proof, I have not had a good experience with the magazine even though I love the content.

Missing issues

I recently moved and had 2 address changes due to the closing dates of each house and missed delivery of 2 issues. Jeff W responded and ensured I received the missing issues and sent a Bourbon+ hat for my inconvenience. Bourbon+ is a first-rate magazine and their team is very responsive and professional.

I tried to renew on line but was doing something wrong,the people at bourbon jumped right on it,renewed my subscription,emailed me that it was done! Outstanding service but so is the magazine! Great job! Keep up the good work! bill lundregan Marblehead mass

Caring Customer Service

I have been a subscriber to Bourbon+ for years now- I have always enjoyed their articles and have learned a lot from them. But it wasn't until I had an issue with the subscription lapsing that they really shined- I worked with Jeff to fix the problem and he was great- he took care of it right away and was really kind and helpful. You've got a subscriber for life, Bourbon+; keep up the good work!
