Purchased a cocktail box from bourbon for a friends birthday in lockdown. Lovely packaging and presentation, arrived on time, great service and she loved the cocktails and said they were delicious.

Unfortunately my order was not…
Unfortunately my order was not delivered on time. When queried I was simply copied on an email to the courier company and left for 2 days without a response. I was then informed that items in the order were broken and a new order had to be put through. Disappointing as the order was a gift. However the new order was delivered on time and they kindly included a box of chocolates with the order which I appreciated. Because of this gesture I placed a second order which was delivered on time. The recipients we're delighted with their cocktails.
