As a landlord with a few rental properties, I needed a better way to handle the money side of things, and Bountisphere has been really helpful. It automatically logs all the money coming in and going out from my bank accounts, which saves me a lot of time. What I really like is the calendar view. It lets me see all the expenses for each property on any day or month. This visual way of seeing things is much better than using spreadsheets or just looking at lists of numbers. It helps me easily spot regular costs like maintenance and find ways to save money.

I'm just starting to use the budgeting part of the program, but being able to make separate budgets for each property is exactly what I needed. This will help me see how much money each unit is making and help me make better choices about repairs, upgrades, etc. It also helps me guess how much money I'll make and spend in the future.

Overall, it's a useful tool that's helped me see where my money is going, and I’m sure it will keep helping me make more informed decisions.
