Poor quality item. This necklace is priced at £54.99 but after receiving the item you can see it is not worth that price point. Doesn’t have any weight too it and the yellow gold plating looks so cheap it doesn’t even look like real gold it’s a completely different colour to my real gold jewellery. I emailed customer service and submitted a form on their website to arrange a return last Wednesday but still haven’t heard anything back.

Recently bought the ring holder necklace as a birthday gift. Lovely to be able to give a gift that is so useful as well as beautiful. The quality is really good and my friend loves it. It arrived quickly with no issues. Would highly recommend! Will be getting earrings to match.

Great customer service.

I purchased a Bound London necklace that came with a pair of earrings. Unfortunately, one of the earrings had an issue with the hinge. Bound sent me out a new pair. Unfortunately, while in transit, someone had stolen the content of my package. Bound London then kindly sent out another pair of earrings, this time using different packaging, which did the trick, as I received my package unopened. I feel like some companies would have just given up or questioned me. Bound London were really nice and efficient about it all.

I live in an area very close to Westfields in White City (some may say isn’t the safest), so I appreciate their efforts to get my replacement package to me intact regardless of how many attempts it took.

The quality of the jewellery is great, too. I feel that the ring holder necklace will keep my precious engagement ring safe when I’m unable to wear it on my finger. The pendant clasp is thick, strong and very pretty.

Would 100% recommend this company and their products.

Ordered parcel and not received! Contacted them via a form online as they don’t have a contact number only to be told it was still with Royal Mail after a week of it being sent. Had to wait another week for Royal Mail to say it’s lost.. only to have to fill out another form to wait for bound London to get back to me. Still in the waiting process now. If you’re thinking about ordering, don’t bother. Other reviews have said the same. Wish I had read up on the reviews before purchasing. Save yourself the hassle and buy off someone else.

Unfortunately my parcel didn’t turn up & as soon as I realised, I emailed customer service & the response was brilliant! Kelsey got back to me and checked with Royal Mail where it was (it was not found unfortunately) but, Kelsey sent a new parcel straight out to me and I had it the day after! Thank you for all your help, brilliant & quick response time and sorted the problem straight away!

Finally managed to request a return for my item!

Took only 5 times, and a threat (?) of Amex chargeback :) I suggest you do the same or risk never seeing that £60 ever again

No reply to return and refund request, even after chasing email. No phone number to contact them.
