I have just visited boundary Mill today looking for a dress I had previously seen in the whistles department unfortunately I couldn't find it so thought that they had all sold out a lady who worked on the department called same asked if she could help and I described what the dress looked like and she went and checked the stock room for me and managed to find one in my size! I was delighted and thrilled to receive such excellent customer service she deserves recognition!

What a lovely shopping experience at the Walsall branch of Boundary Mills.

All the staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly and genuinely want to help customers. Big thanks to Gemma in particular in the catering department, who was friendly and helpful completely lifted my mood and helped me choose the cake and served me with a delicious baked potato salad and coleslaw.
She was very helpful, happy and could not do enough for me!

A fantastic store with something for everyone. Bought some lovely ladies clothes that was reasonably priced. All the staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly and genuinely want to help customers. Big thanks to Tracey on the shoe department. She was very helpful today. All the staff are fantastic and i cannot thank you all enough.

We asked a member of staff regarding z shallow casserole dish. Great advice bought a Mary Berry one, great Outlet Price, great Lady assistant at Catcliffe Rotherham.
Also great help with some bedding..

The Cafe upstairs needs attention. Cakes left in the open for anybody to touch with grubby fingers and looked dry and unappealing. The tea was like dishwater with just a cup with hot water and a teabag thrown in, not even a teapot. The scone with cream and jam was inedible, the scone itself was stale and looked like it had been stood there for days.
They’ve made changes in the layout but I have to say you haven’t improved matters as half the counter was closed and as l mentioned earlier meaning that the cakes were out in the open at waist level instead of in the display fridges and I’m sure if health & safety went in there they would have a field day and probably close it until the levels of hygiene were met.

All I can say is,
My experience today has been amazing.
I needed a wedding outfit for a wedding in a few weeks.
I got everything, all the staff, from the lady who helped me choose a dress and bolero, to the lady who helped me with my sandals and handbag, to the lady at the beautiful changing rooms, I can't thank them enough, they were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble in helping me.
All I can say is a big big thank you.

What a wonderful first time shopping experience at the Newcastle branch of Boundary Mills. The staff in the Pavers shoe department could not do enough for me. So upbeat & helpful completely lifted my mood. Lisa in particular was a joy in assisting me, encouraging me to download the app in order to receive discounts. Thank you Lisa & all the staff who help to make this shopping experience one to remember. I live in the south & visit Newcastle often as my son lives here (he’s so lucky) & I shall be revisiting Boundary Mills whenever I get the opportunity. Thank you 😊

Excellent service in store and after service...I left my gloves there and when I called that had them and posted them to me, so please, special thanks to Debbie and Suzie.

Received a shirt from my daughter bought from BM (Shiremoor) for Xmas. Wore it for the first time on New Years Eve and immediately noticed it had a hole under the arm.

She tried to return it today and was refused, being told "We wouldn't have sold it to you like that".

Well... you did and you're breaking the sale of goods act.

The staff where extremley pleasant and helpful in find what I was looking for, and the product was just what I was looking for, and when I went to the cash desk the assistant went the extra mile and wrapped my present as it was a late Christmas present. Thank you very much .

Never been before it's amazing. Everything you could ever need or want. Going to be back

Rude and racist, discriminatory woman.
I visited Boundary Mill Rotherham/Sheffield in Catcliffe and feel harassed and violated. I was being served by this lovely young lady who had no objection when I put my trolley on the counter and proceeded to check my items out of the basket, then this rude woman leaves her till and comes over to tell me to move my basket from the counter and remove the items and put them on the counter, which I did as didn’t think nothing of it, but then she goes further to tell me to take the basket to the end of the counter when I'm done, when I challenged her she responded "that's the way we do things here". I complained to the manager who said she would talk to the member of staff, as they all do, and that would be the end of, there'd be no communication or other to me as it would be private, it was only when I insisted that I needed to know she had dealt with my complaint did she promise to email me. Not convinced she'll do anything about it but I hope she does. I had a horrible experience and will not be going back there, looked and felt like racism to me. Racists should never be enabled in society.

I went to Boundary Mill just outside Walsall yesterday. I have nothing but praise for the young man, Ethan, that served me at the till. He said I could get an extra 10%off if I downloaded the Boundary Mill app. He could easily have left it at that but he then sorted it for me and I got the money off. He was patient, pleasant and charming in every way. He deserves recognition in the store. Thank you!

Living quite a way from the Colne outlet and having bought the wrong size bedding which fact we discovered only some seven weeks later, we were delighted that Boundary Mill enabled us to do an exchange very straightforwardly and by post. Lovely to be able to speak promptly to real, friendly and helpful people in Customer Services!

Just visited the Walsall store, and had a very pleasant experience overall. All assistants in each department I visited were helpful and friendly. However, the icing on the cake was a young lady by the name of Gemma M. To say she was happy, helpful, knowledgeable and jolly, is an understatement. I always try to interact with the staff, and usually joke with them, but Gemma M was a star. She was the till assistant, and she really gave as much as I could give, smiling and laughing at all times. It really was a pleasure to be served by her.
She should be employee of the month, at least. You need to invest in this girl, don’t lose her! She is an asset to your store.
I do not know this girl, and this was the first time I had met her, but I left with a smile on my 72 year old face.

Visited Boundary Mill, Walsall, West Midlands on Sunday 28/8/2022 I was served by Libby who was so
helpful & patient, I didn't have the Boundary Mill App on my phone but she helped me through the process of downloading it. I can't praise her enough , what a fantastic member off staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Just been to boundry mills at catcliffe sheffield to buy a kitchen bin found one i liked but was horrified at having to pay extra for the lid that came with it. How is this allowed to happen why not just put one price on for the whole bin as i dont know many people who by a kitchen bin without a lid or vice versa . Management Wot on earth are you doing .

Visited on Sunday and was sadly not up to usual high standard. Chips soggy and not appearing tobe freshly cooked and fish just OK whilst normally both would be excellent
