Never ever take your kids to this nefarious place.
Doomed by a rude mentality from the top management to the lowest staffs, this company swear at customers, tell LIES and disrespect customers Left and Right. The amount of terrible reviews for the staff and their marginal attitude is remarkable.
And the owners of the business are literally doing nothing to hire better employees and fire all the terrible criminal managers they brought in.
Look up the bad review on Google about their Festival City branch and see how shocking that is... dozens and dozens of parents complaining about the same issue: The staff saying F words, S words against paying customers and disrespecting customers and kids.
They disrespect the kids, the parents and even worst, hide kids in corners that nobody can see. Never ever take your kids to this dark place.
