Used to be brilliant but very much like all other insurers now, trying every means to get out of paying after nearly doubling the cost of the insurance. Better to set money aside then continue paying these charlatans. My dog had raised liver enzymes so needed bloodwork and treatment, but because he also had to have teeth out they have refused to cover the separate issue with his liver.
Very slow paying out, and think it's acceptable to send a email every so often, saying , were very busy, and will get to your claim.The money is about £500, which is not a small amount. Claim went in 31st January, and still waiting , while looking at their website they claim payment is very prompt.
Find a insurance that deals with the vet.
