Very pleased with my purchase
Very pleased with my purchase from this independent boutique. I normally shop here in person but ordering online was easy with prompt confirmation. Only problem was that I didn’t receive the despatch email from the shop so my parcel was delivered without me knowing or organising someone to accept parcel. As items have to be signed for I had to collect from parcel office. I did email shop asking when the parcel was likely to be sent and it was only then I found out it had been sent and Royal Mail had attempted delivery. Shop staff could tell me this from their records and gave me the code to allow me to try and organise a fresh delivery etc.
So my online experience was not 100% on customer satisfaction but this minor irritation would not stop me shopping here. I like the buying/ stock which has introduced me to new labels. Hope you will love it too.
