I honestly don’t know what they put in the water at Bottled & Boxed, but their level of service deserves an award.

From start to finish, everything was seamless brilliant communication, super speedy delivery, and just an all-round fantastic service.

Dealing with Yvonne genuinely felt like chatting with a best friend who also happened to be ridiculously organised and efficient. I’m actually going to miss our daily messages… which is not something I ever thought I’d say about customer service.

Nothing was too much trouble, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with so much personality and humour.

If you’re thinking of ordering from them do it. Your parcel will probably arrive before you’ve even finished checking out ;)

Didn't see the product but the recipient was very pleased with it. Ordering was very straightforward and I was kept informed of delivery throughout the process, delivered on the date I chose with no problems. Would use again.

I came upon this company while browsing and ordered a lovely wine set in a birthday box ,I cant comment on the wine yet but I am sure it will be a quality and I love the box idea,also the customer service is excellent and speedy delivery.I will use again for sure.

Competent friendly staff, let me know the relevant wine was out of stock, had choice to swop. I didn't and gift was delivered only a day late.

I ordered three separate bottles form Bottle and Boxed this Christmas. One of my colleagues received a bottle of Whiskey instead of the ordered bottle of Gin. This in itself was quite disappointing as the gift was hand picked based on that person's preferences. When I raised the issue with Bottle and Boxed they asked for evidence requesting a picture of the bottle. Not wanting to bother any further my colleague, I provided a screenshot of the message with my colleague, but that unfortunately was not sufficient for Bottle and Boxed to correct the issue. I appreciate the need of the company to protect themselves from scammers, but as a company specialising in gifts, I think you should either be very effective in your delivery process, or prepared to be flexible in rectifying any issues. For these reasons I won't be using them in the future.

I live outside the UK and have used them for Christmas presents for the last couple of years. They have always delivered a few days before Christmas without fail.

Astonishingly good service! Bought a bottle online at 3.30 yesterday. Received confirmation by email within 15 minutes. Another email this morning saying it would be delivered between 10am and 12.00 and it was.
Highly recommended.

Easy website to navigate with a good selection, reasonably priced. Particularly impressive was the after sales service in ensuring I was fully aware of the method of delivery and the likely times. Very impressed!
