It was a great experience shopping on Botta & B. Great customer care experience, I contacted them using whatsapp and the answers were so prompt and helpful. Also, they are so open to any kind of questions and ready to help! The product I ordered is also great with a good price! The packaging was also great, I can say that they are taking care of each detail! Shipping was quite fast, but I wished I could have the option to a express package delivery!
Definitely will shop again on Botta & B !

I have a peculiar experience, as ordered goods were exactly as presented, with a small nuance that the seller might not have known about, perhaps. Or they knew...
In any case, an honest discussion followed by an honest solution was provided by Botta&B.
