One star is generous. An order for wine was placed on 22 December and payment was taken immediately. As of 27 December, there was no delivery information, no tracking details, and no response a couple of emails. The absence of any communication after taking payment is concerning and falls well below an acceptable standard of customer service. I would not use this company again!
