My device wasnt charging and support walked me through what I was doing wrong. I was using a power cable / plug that was stronger than the specs required. Once I change the plug & cable to a lower power rating 20w, it charged just fine.

I had a very nice experience with Ms Cath. I took a video of my device showing irregularities on it and even though i was not able to follow their instructions abt loading it a goggle drive ( dont know abt it) she went ahead and emailed me abt sending a replacement. Hope the new one will work out fine. Thanks so much for the customer support team especially to Ms Cath.

Although when functioning the glasses work did well and I did achieved some positive results, however I have to confirm that the glasses only worked for 1 week and then suddenly stopped functioning! I had to go through quite an effort to have them replaced, but eventually I was sent a replacement set. Unfortunately, the replacement set only lasted 3 weeks before those also stopped working! So I have to question the quality and durability of the product!

On May 10th I purchased the RevitalEyes 2-in-1 Red Light Therapy + EMS To Erase Eye Bags for Men
To date the product still has not been delivered. Bontaique uses Yodel who pass the delivery their sister company Inpost a Locker collection delivery service. I never gave permission to Yodel to do this. Delivery was paid for to happen a my home address.
Bontaique takes ZERO accountability or ownership to support you when things go wrong.
I have spent £67.40and nearly 1 month after my purchase I don't have the product.
Given the fact that Bontaique gives no help in resolving the matter, I have asked for my money back. Bontaique is refusing to do so stating: "We will refund you when the product is returned to us" This is impossible as the product is with Yodel/INPOST who are unable to delivery this to a locker collection point. Five failed attempts with countless locker issues. Yodel is refusing to have the product delivered to my home address. Bontaique has washed their hands of the matter.
This is a warning to anyone..Bontaique Paris is a SCAM they are not even a registered company, no company ownership structure is available and operate unlawfully. Buyers be aware do not buy from them.I have reported them to trading standards.
