No idea why their new powders taste like absolute dirt. The protein powders are all coarsely milled and they were all clumpy when I drank them. So disgusting I'm pretty sure I have to bin them all or use it as fertiliser.
For starters their protein powders are incredible! By far the best I've tried, and I've tried a lot of vegan protein powders.
Secondly, their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with an order (which was not their fault) and they fixed it straight away.
