Sent them an email enquiry. Received a response from Sarah with no greeting, hello or acknowledgement/ thank you for your email. Just a cut and paste of the answer to my query. Extremely rude and clearly don't value their customers.

Paid.. but no product arrived?
I have placed & paid for an order but nothing arrived… customer service do not respond or reply to customers….. please respond and tell me where my candles are.. before I instruct my bank to request a refund.
