I have a new heat exchange
I have a new heat exchange. unfortunately i lost the original invoice so Bosta have refused to repair a fault under warranty even though they acknowledge that the unit is still indeed covered. Dealing with them has been a very unsatisfactory experience and I received conflicting information. They know and I know that this should be covered under the warranty and they simply used an excuse not to honour this. a very poor experience and I would caution against relying on Bosta for after sales service or customer care of any kind.
