Overall the service was excellent and I…

Overall the service was excellent and I would purchase again. However there was a great deal of confusion at the fact the watch is not delivered in the box but in fact wrapped in bubble wrap making it very difficult to find. It should be stated on the delivery note that the watch will not be in the box but in fact inside the bubble wrap as it is so easy to miss.

Got ripped off!!

Not happy with purchase. Tried to arrange return... got hung up on phone twice & then someone took my number promised to call back. Nobody called back till date. Don’t waste your money!! Cheats!!

Had me wondering

The parcel arrived very quickly and in fact I met the delivery man in the front garden who told me my measuring device was here. I thought he was playing with me but yes that was the description on the label. Opening the box I found the Boss presentation box which I found to be empty. Eventually I checked all the little packaging and found the watch. Thank god I did because it was a present for my wife. She was delighted.

Bought the Boss Jet Watch for my son

Bought the Boss Jet Watch for my son - it's lovely and he's really happy. Arrived really quickly and communication with them was good. Was on offer and half the price over everywhere else. Would recommend! Thank you!

Really fast really happy!

Ordered the watch on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday morning! Amazing service thanks. Only thing I would say is I didn't get any emails to inform me it was being shipped or had arrived.

The watch was ideal an met all details we wanted as it was for a younger member of staff. The price we paid was fantastic delivery was free so overall it was a first class service with high quality goods.
