I really don’t trust them any more
I really don’t trust them any more. Seeing charge on days close to each others to the same phone number, that I don’t recall doing and why would I and mind you I subscribe so, they can withdraw money every month. Is ridiculous that I also cannot regain access to my account easily , I have go through so much just to change my phone number to regain access to my account. Rude Spanish speaking customer service because is not their money, who cares. Never again Good bye for good. Going somewhere else with my business.

I stole my money many times , bad customers service, no supervisor I can talk to him , put you on hold and never comeback to you, open ticket with problem and never solved and you have to open next day another ticket and wait 24 hours.

Hi there Oby, thanks for your comment! We currently offer messaging between BOSS Revolution users, and we’re exploring more features for the future. Regarding the charges: we do not start billing until we receive a connection signal from the network you’re calling. If the call isn’t connected, you aren’t charged. Once the network confirms the call has been answered, the billing starts and rounds up to the next full minute.

STOP THE ROBBING
I don't like your idea of robbing me of the minutes I paid for. The clock begins as soon as the phone begins to dial. By the time the person picks up, 10 -15 seconds already being billed to me and my monies are taken away. I thought that billing was done by the minutes, NOT the seconds.
