I make clients happiest when I work with Bosscat. The job is done RIGHT or made right. Their terms and teams get it done. The staff/general contractors actually answer their phones and texts. I cannot imagine being a full service, listing realtor® without Bosscat on my team.

What started off good ended on a bad note. I had several items accepted for repair on my house and had multiple in-person walk throughs, emails, and conversations with what needed to be done. The main repair of concern was to my deck and the quote specifically listed “new posts and support beams”. I discussed with Michael and the main PM that the beams needed to support all of the joists, needed to be bearing on the posts properly, and we needed to have the handrail posts supported. These were things noted in my inspection report that was shared and Michael and I discussed multiple options to solve the repairs. The team came out and “completed” the deck work in one day, but didn’t support the handrail posts, didn’t get a new beam that could span the length to support all joists, and reused my existing posts and beams. When I questioned the incomplete/inadequate work, it took a week to have the PM come back for “final inspection” and he tried to claim they had completed the work and were “unaware” that the other items were not addressed. He said he would have someone else out to look at fixing the incomplete issues and quote new handrails (new scope). However, they wanted to charge me the same amount to redo the work that was not completed in the first place. They did agree to remove some cost for materials since they did not in fact get new beams or posts as indicated in my approved quote. I would not recommend working with this team or the headache.

Adam was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and followed through with what he said.

The contractor arrived exactky when he said he would and got the job done quickly and orderly and left no mess. It was all very much appreciated.

Charles was great to work with. He was quick to respond to communications and produced the results that we wanted. He helped my seller to earn more than $70K more than he would have made on the sale of his home had we not used Charles and BossCat. I will definitely be looking for opportunities to work with him again!

Lauren White was my BossCat Project Coordinator and she started my experience off on the right foot by reaching out, checking all items for my project, and giving me a detailed step-by-step of the timeline, and how they operate.

My home repairs were done by Brian Cromer, the owner and Manager of PPBC Construction. Even though he was based in the South Atlanta Metroplex of Locust Grove and I was in the North (vicious traffic), he and his crew were Early on the 1st morning and actually beat my wife and I to the home site as we had stepped away for breakfast.

I was super impressed by their work ethic, skill, and courtesy. My wife and I had literally dozens of items
on our list for home repair, and each was done in great form. Electrical, HVAC work, flashing and siding repair, patch work, window installation, painting, plumbing issues, concrete slab work and more - they handled it all like the pros they are!

My original quote was 7 days as a rough estimate - and Brian and his crew finished in 4! Nothing was rushed, and there was too pride in their work and craft. Even though Brian is the owner, when there was one last minute snag with a needed part in rush hour traffic, he personally sourced it, and went across the metroplex and back in record time to install himself as promised that day so my wife and I would not have to wait another day to end the project. Pam with PPBC coordinated with us, walked the project site with Brian, and was a great point of contact and liaison keeping my wife and I along with Brian and his crew all on the same page. I will definitely refer everyone I know to Brian and his team, and request them again myself without a doubt when in need of additional repairs!

as contracted. Outstanding personal touch and follow-up not often seen in business today.

I am a real estate agent based in Houston, Texas. Recently, a local representative from Bosscat reached out to discuss their services, which align with my needs for renovation and punchlist services that I offer to my clients. Despite multiple attempts to connect—including messages, phone calls, and emails—I have not received any response from the representative I was in contact with. This lack of communication has been a recurring issue, as evidenced by numerous negative reviews I’ve reviewed. Effective communication is crucial in my line of work, and the generic responses from the company do not seem to address the core issues. The sad thing is I really thought it would've been a good relationship, and I had about five new clients that I was working with who would've absolutely been open to working with this company on their make-ready solutions. If I were to offer a piece of advice to Bosscat, it would be to prioritize fixing their communication channels. Based on my experience and the feedback from others, improving this aspect of their service is essential.

Charlie is a rockstar! He’s knowledgeable, his follow up is impeccable and he’s really great to work with. You never have to ask for a status because Charlie is on it. I have really enjoyed working with Charlie and highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. They were professional from the beginning of the project to the very end. All of my calls were answered promptly and all of my questions were answered. Ronnie came out on a Sunday (it was his day off and he was at the grocery store) to help with my new HVAC/heat pump. He had an electrician come out the same afternoon. I had a small problem on how my stairs were recovered and painted. Ronnie made sure that the issue was corrected promptly. Both Ronnie and Kelsey came out several times to check on the progress of the projects. I would definitely use their services again.

Charlie and the whole Bosscat team is very friendly makes the routine home maintenance visit smooth and informative. He always leaves me with helpful tips and recommendations - and as as a new homeowner, that's priceless!
