My Bosch AXT Rapid 2000 shredder has failed so I ordered some replacement parts. I was wary of using this shop as so many reviews are poor. I ordered at the weekend, they were posted on Tuesday and the delivery van came on Wednesday. I was out, and they needed a signature, so delivery was rescheduled for Thursday. The bag contained the correct components, and they were cheaper than the other spare parts shops. And of course they are genuine Bosch components, no third party lookalikes. My shredder has been going for 12 years so I’ve had my money’s worth, but it’d be nice to get it up and running again.I’m very happy with my experience.

I got a present for christmas - glue gun. Did not need to use it till this year, which is 2 years later. Opened it - it is new. It does not work. I have sent it in - got a quotation to fix it for double the price, and then they sent it back taken apart, saying they cannot send it back whole. They can send it whole if you buy it or if you are sending it, but back from the repair it comes in the worst state than before. Ok I can see that the battery might die if you do not use it in 2 years, but it is nowhere mentioned that you should use it within 2 years of buying. In my understanding, I bought a defect item. My partner to be exact paid for it, but bosh did not fulfil its side of the contract. For a company this size and image, it is really bad and shameful to have such a bad service. It is not about money, but I really upseting experience and service.

1. Wrong size part ordered despite webpage claiming it fitted my mower model.
2. After Bosch failed to offer a return service they said no spare part (belt) was available despite the mower being 18 months old.
3. Belts should not fail after 18 months domestic use.

Purchased 3 devices during a promotion where you would get a free battery. Devices were registered on the Bosch promotional website on the day of purchase. After 3 months I still had not received any batteries and I contacted Bosch "customer service". After sending confirmations 4x in different file formats (because they claimed they couldn't open the attachments...) and being kept busy for more than 15 emails by their so-called "customer service", Bosch still refused to deliver the batteries. Be warned!
