Wrong item shipped, won't refund, they ask me to return the wrong item at my expense.
I ordered a cactus cat scratching post, they sant a clock shaped like an owl.
I wrote repeatedly to the customer service, they replied after more than a week saying I should send the item back at my own expense and they will refund my purchase but not the shipping fees.
Since it was their mistake it does not make sense to ask me to spend themoney to ship an item from Europe to China. Of course I am not a shop company and I don''t have special agreements so I would need to pay way more than I payed for the scratching post originally, and they won't refund the cost.
Don't buy from them. They're not even scammers, they are just completely unprofessional.

I managed to receive a full refund straight away by sending screenshots of your reviews and proving to my bank that this website is a scam. PayPal wasn't going to do much unless I would return the item.

They bait and switch. For instance I ordered a cute cactus cat scratching post. Instead of shipping me that they sent a cheap necklace with a pendant that looks like it came from a vending machine. When I brought it up they only offer a 30% refund and say if I want a 100% refund I will have to pay to ship the necklace back to them which could take weeks.

Same story as others. Cat posts or owl necklaces!! Complete scam. Had my refund through Paypal buyer protection. Also covered P&P. These scammers even try to sell the necklaces for $80!!! The envelope they came in was better quality.

They are a scam company. You will pay for your product, they will send you something completely different. Ask you to send it back and prove the delivery costs. They then refuse the delivery and do not refund.
