DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I order a cactus scratching post, and it never arrived. When I emailed customer service, they told me to check with my neighbors and the post office. After doing that, I could still not find the package. The post office informed me that it had been sent to the wrong address, an address that I soon discovered does not exist. When I shared all of this with customer service, they told me the only way I could receive a refund is if I return the package. However, there is no package to return. It was never delivered to me. And this was from the end of November. It's now March. I strongly advise against buying anything from this company. I also randomly received an owl necklace. Definitely seems like a scam.

Won't let me give zero stars. I ordered a drum, they sent a child's xylophone (worth about $3.00) and are won't refund my money unless I pay for return shipping! I am NOT responsible for their mistakes!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! TOTAL RIP OFF SCAM!!!

Rating is actually less than one star! I ordered a really cute cactus scratching post and after 45 days, I received an owl necklace.. They do not answer emails. Still waiting for resolution.

ordered a 13 tone ethereal drum and received a "toy" xylophone comparable to one offered at at dollar store!. Tried multiple times to get refund from company or correct item sent with no success. They simply off a small percentage of what I spent. What a SCAM!! Do not do business with this company.

Total scam. After waiting 2 months... Lotus drum never came, and tracking number didn't work. But they took my money quick enough.

Didnt give me a working tracking number then tried to tell me my item was delivered a month and a half later. Always check the mail box regularly. They refuse to refund or "resend" item. Ordered a cactus cat scratching post, paid probably too much. Beyond unimpressed.

I bought 2 Ethereal Lotus Drums 13 notes, and FINALLY received my package. There were two cheap xylaphones in the package. I was told to send back to China for a full refund, or get 40% off the order and keep the xylaphones. They were not even worth 90% off! No shipping label, they want me to spend my money for their mistake. Paypal is investigating!

Scam! Received wrong item, they refused to return money.

On Dec 20th 2019, I ordered 2 Foldable Outdoor Camping & Fishing Chair each $19.95, expecting the items to arrive in 2-3 weeks. I did not received my shipment until Jan 16th 2020. Plus the chairs were merely 14" three legged stools. I contacted Paypal and opened a complaint. Paypal contacted the seller and requested I return the items for my refund. Like everyone else discovered, the cost of shipping will offset the refund amount by approximately 75%. I have spoken with the Paypal Dispute Department 6 times since Jan 21st and keep insisting they force the hand of Borrent Store to refund everyones money and to cease all interactions with Borrent Store and Zhiyun Chuang Network Technology Co.

Same story as the rest. Ordered an item that clearly could not fit in a mailbox. And after reading other reviews, apparently the mysterious cheap necklace was what they claimed to send instead of the cat scratcher. Scammers!!

Exact same experience as below for the same item.

They are asking me to return the item (to an address in China) for a full refund without paying the shipping charges. Another option is, they will give me 40% refund if I don't intend to return the item.

BIG TIME FRAUDSTERS. It took 2 months for them to ship the item after multiple reminders. These Chinese vendors and web sites need to be STOPPED.

Anyone has any idea how to handle this situation.

I have kind the same history as everyone that had reviewed them. But what makes it worse is the fact that since I ordered from them I started to receive scamming emails pretending to be from PayPal and Amazon were asking me to update my information. I suggest everyone be aware, and in case of receiving this kind of email do not log on the link they sent. Just contact the Company directly by phone.

Same as everyone else. Ordered a pet item and received a worthless necklace. Scam.

I have the same story as everyone else. Bought one thing, got another, PayPal sides with the company because they have a valid tracking number and all I have is a picture of the same owl necklace everyone else got. I ordered a cat scratch post. My initial order confirmation said it left China via China post and had a note “we are sorry, we can’t track your package after it reaches America”, then I get the seemingly unrelated owl necklace and assume someone sent an anonymous gift. Meanwhile checking every day for new tracking information. A month later I just opened a complaint with PayPal who said a package was delivered 1/2/20 and suddenly there is a USPS tracking number assigned to my order so they said to check with Usps. I truly hope PayPal will be more helpful than you all are describing. If they refuse the refund I will go through my bank for a refund.

Would be less than 1 actually. But I called PayPal and they told me to fill out a form on the internet crime complaint center. Everyone here should do it and hopefully the company will be stopped. It wouldn’t let me put the link but it’s called ic3. Just put www in front of that and .gov after 😁

Ordered a cat scratching post. Apparently it was delivered but no record of this. Contacted the borrent retailer and got a reply but since then, no response at all. Avoid buying from this company
