Borealis Sintra Watch

Placed an order for a watch on the 26/12/2023 however I did not opt for FedEx shipping as this would incur higher tax duties so opted for the £13m shipping option which takes 5-6 weeks. As a result FedEx attempted to bill me £85 for tax duties which I disputed - reached out to Borealis, no response, despite several lines of communication. Needless to say, I received a debt letter from a recovery agency for £89.54 which I ended up paying as Borealis refused to admit fault by not following my initial shipping instruction. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I will never do business with this company ever again!!!
