Slow delivery
I think the quality and ordering process is fine - i just think 2 weeks from ordering to delivery is ridiculously long in today’s age of next day delivery. I probably would order again but annoyed how far in advance I would have to plan.

Delivery of the product was ver poorr
Delivery of the product was very poor. The manufacturing wasn’t completed on time, and I received the photo album four days after the estimated delivery date. I was also not notified in advance that the deadline would be missed, which is not up to professional standards.This was gift for my son and I was disappointed .
The positive side is the quality of the album and the app provided to create a personalised design, which was very helpful.
I would expect some discount offer or little gift to cover delay and failure.

MY PERFECT CUSHION
I used this service to make a cushion with my soul dogs face on it as I've recently lost her and still want to hug her and it's perfect!

Selection Confusion
The photos l ordered were not the problem for me. The order was dealt with quickly and they arrived promptly and well packaged. For me it's the order process. I do find the selection process a bit difficult to work through. I have to select the size l want and its not clear to me. There are several selection options and the previous time l ordered l made a mistake and got the wrong size prints. Probably l'm in a minority, but a clearer and simpler selection process would be a help.

20 year old disposable camera with a decades of mystery photos. Thought it would not developed but got all photos back in good quality. Won’t share what came back but thanks for the great service recovery of old photos. Always nice to see yourself 20 years younger…

The pictures ran into each other on the…
The pictures ran into each other on the middle of the page with no planning, outlines etc. pictures were cropped ie a cat with no head or shoulders and many similar cuts. I was blamed, so I used the same photos with a different company with superb results. Shocking.
