Had the worst experience customer service at boots…
Had the worst experience today at boots pharmacy and they wanted to charge me more the price that was scanning on the product claiming that it was done by mistake. After admitting they made a mistake the manager Ali Albadri didn’t even care about fixing the mistake of course I left without buying anything and I won’t go back to that pharmacy. They were rude and didn’t do right by their customer and this is an example of how NOT to treat ur customer! Unfortunately some people who work in retail do not understand the importance of keeping customers happy and the concept of customer loyalty
