The same story

The same story, I was using this tea a several time, and a the delivery was always on time, but now I'm waiting for three weeks, no order, no specific information about how long to wait yet.

Dishonest cheaters

I ordered my tea in January with express shipment (promised 5-7 workdays). After several complaining e-mail I have received the package 5 weeks later. But the tea had already expired. I sent a complain and they promised to send a raplacement (they even sent a shipping confirmation) that had never arrived. So I complained again and this time they promised a refund. Surprise, surprise, the refund had never arrived. So I paid for the product 4 months ago, I paid the taxes and duties and I still have no product, and no refund either from them. As I see other reviews I am not the only one. How is it possible that they can still operate?

Great product!

I love Bootea, I have ordered it many times in the past, I found it worked really good for me, it helped me with bloating and digestion, I felt lighter on my stomach and it helped my tummy look flatter. So yeh I do believe that it's an amazing product. However my last order was about a year ago. I was gona order more recently but the price for this tea is really high at the moment and even with discount code that they have at the moment is way out of my budget. Now I'm reading loads od comments from unsatisfied customers and it seams there had been problems with delivery's.That is quite disappointing aswel because I had ordered many times over few year before and there never was any problem with delivery. I really hope that company will sort out their logistics and hopefully can provide with more affordable prices or offers.

Unreliable

I have regularly ordered from bootea and everything worked. I like their products and feel they give good results. This time the service was appalling. Place order on 20th January, the money was taken and I was promised delivery in 7/15 days. Today is the 27th March and I'm still waiting. Wrote many emails and they kept promising I would be in the next batch. Now I've asked for a refund and they haven't replied.
Very disappointed. If they can't deliver the orders, they should say unavailable.
An update: after writing the review, this evening I got my refund. Still upset I haven't got my detox pack.

Mis-sold past their BBE products

Mis-sold me past their BBE (best before end) date products.
Complained and requested a refund approx 2 months ago without resolution.
Customer service is abysmal.

Beware! Scam!

Very poor, unprofessional company

If I could give zero stars I would, paid over £100 for an order with delivery and I order at the beginning of January.
They don’t tell you previous to ordering that your order will take this long. The poor excuse they make is they are so busy…. So are a lot of businesses but doesn’t take so long to send your order out! DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! Waste of time. I needed the product before I went on holiday… I go on holiday in 2 weeks so that’s £100 wasted

Dreadful company

DO NOT USE

Ordered items on 16th January it's now the 31st January and it is still not here. I have requested a refund, tbh i can order it from amazon but they are not refunding. Per their policy if your items hasn't been delivered in 10 days you request a refund. They just keep emailing to say be patient!! it's a disgrace. Shouldn't be trading!

Poor

I have been a repeated customer of bootea, unfortunately not any more, luckily I’d never had to use the customer service before and that is why I’ve returned previously. I ordered items over £90 and they didn’t all arrive, I was also told I would receive a free T-shirt, after a month or messaging them to find out where these items are they have finally now responded wanting pictures… from my received items I got a month ago, then advised the tshirt is just not in stock anymore, whether it was when I ordered I don’t know, and it’s free so it doesn’t particularly matter, but advertising it still on their site now, which is just poor. The only email I have received about my missing items is that I need to send a picture. Poor.

Missing order and terrible customer service

Chased up an order for the 28 day detox tea, as it had been a week since my order with no further updates as to shipping etc. After chasing 3 times I have been told the product is out of stock, and ‘should’ be in within 1-2 weeks. No offer of a refund. I have since gone back to ask for one, and again have not had a reply. I shouldn’t have had to chase up my order to find out it was out of stock. So it seems that Bootea want to keep customers money and not send them their items. The customer service is shocking, it’s really difficult to get any reply and they don’t have a phone number.
I will never purchase from this company again and will continue to chase them up until they refund me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service from this company. I placed my order on 28th April , payment was taken immediately and a confirmation email sent stating delivery would be 3-5 days. It is now 10th May, I have yet to receive a dispatch email and the numerous emails I have sent have been ignored. There is no other method of contact for this company!!! To take money from a customer and provide no service and ignore all messages, this is now theft !!

Awful customer service - would rate zero star if I could

I placed an order and was told would receive a notification once order has been shipped. One week later I have received no email or notification, nothing. I had to contact them on 3 separate platforms to be told my product is out of stock, however the website still let me place my order and only found out after I had contacted them. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as it was now late and as per their email; would not be in stock for another two weeks. Their response was 25% off my next order (really?). Despite the order being out of SLA, no shipping fee refund was offered. I responded again and asked for the order to be cancelled and refund processed. I had no response from them, so when I chased it up, they advised my order would be shipped soon. So AGAIN, I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Almost two weeks now after I have placed my order, the product is way out of SLA, they have emailed my order has been shipped. Despite me asking THREE times for a refund.

Big BooTea fan

Been using the 28-day teatox for a few years on and off & I love it. Tastes nice, curbs my appetite & makes me more regular without any unpleasantness or discomfort which helps give me a flatter tummy

And both times I’ve contacted customer service with queries they’ve always responded very quickly and are really friendly abs informative

I know that the teas aren’t for everyone but they work great for me

when i had a question about delivery and when my product will arrive, the reply was almost within a day, but when i sent my package back because of a high customs fee and asked for a refund, i havent got any answer and i sent 4 e-mails.
