The store is overpriced, Bally designed, cannot see all products, have to go through various menus to find what you want. no customer support. Most likely a drop shipper over charging

Damaged item but prompt response from Boostology
Unfortunately the solitaire board I ordered was not well packed for delivery. It was put inside a padded jiffy envelope but that isn’t really sufficient padding in my opinion for a wooden item. As such, it was damaged when it arrived as there are scratches and chips in the wood. I can’t give it as a gift now which is disappointing and a replacement won’t arrive in time. I appreciate reducing packaging for the environment etc but you still need to protect items in transit… especially when sending via Royal Mail.
Edit: Boostology contacted me and were friendly and helpful about trying to sort it out for me and arrange a replacement. Although this wasn’t in time for my brother-in-laws birthday, I appreciated that they immediately got in touch upon seeing my TP review.
