This is perhaps a typical Saas disaster story - The sales team pushes to take the trial and you can't opt in the trial without credit card. Then it turns out they are completely incompatible with our product line. After I started complaining, the customer success manager steps in and started saying there is nothing wrong with their platform !! On the top of that the success manager gave me so many wrong information to skip the hard part of improving their platform. Finally I had to beg them to terminate the account. At least learn to be compassionate guys !

buying 3 modules from boostmy shop and also pay for suport.Modules have lots of problumes and suport not doing anything to fix the problems and take long time answering on quastion.Its more than one month after first report of proble,but still nothing at all is done.So big quastion way you need pay so high prise for adons and customer service if you geting something what is not working and customer service dont care about it.

Boostmyshop, does the job. atleast as good as much more expensive systems. The way ‘order preparation’ works is fast and logical. Question or problems are quickly resolved (ticket respons is good) Costumer service is very pleasant. Good job!

I wished I had read all the bad reviews on here because they are spot on!
Having purchased the new Embedded ERP system I have to say the support has been terrible. They rely heavily on extortionate 6 month licenses and even though our site has only been live for 2 days they revert to blocking requests for support when they don't know how to resolve issues. I would never deal with this company again. The Embedded ERP system does not work on Magento 2 and their support is not forthcoming. The stock does not work correctly and when you place a purchase order using this system it wipes out the stock count you already have to zero. Printing labels doesn't work on Magento 2 either. They don't care about whether ERP works or not unless they can get a fee for support. This was a big mistake and a very costly experience. This is a genuine experience and from a customer that used their Magento 1 ERP for 6 years before all of this. Never again.

The support team is quite good, especially Gnanabai Vinodha that is always helpful and quickly in his answers. But to be honest I didnt like that they charge a very expensive amount of money to transfer data from magento 1 to magento 2.

BMs have been really great to work with. Their developers are open to dialogue and understood the requirements. They have been a really great programming team to work with and look forward to working with them more in the future.

The Repricing Tool works perfectly and they have excellent Customer Service.
