Much more than I expected

I went into my coaching sessions with few expectations and just a handful of queries. However, within a short time with Belinda, who has an excellent ability to listen, ask probing questions and share her wealth of in company experience, I came out with a greater sense of clarity, confidence and rejuvenated energy for my role as Cofounder at Mossy Earth, a 7 year old start up. The sessions also brought to light a number of issues to resolve and paths to pursue, in the workplace, which in time will further help my development as a leader.

In addition to the online meetings with Belinda, I’d receive a recording of each conversation coupled with a shortlist of things to reflect on when listening back. This was hugely useful and enabled me to percolate on what was discussed and prime me for our following session.

I look forward to a second round of coaching with Belinda in the coming months.

Highly recommended coaching for new and established managers

My experience with Belinda in the Management Boost Program was incredibly rewarding. Initially just seeking to improve my management skills, I found her one-on-one sessions to be much more profound. Belinda has a unique talent for identifying subtle nuances in conversation, providing insights into my work approach and perception that I hadn't realised. Since completing the program, I've noticed tangible improvements in the outcomes with my teams. I highly recommend Belinda to anyone in a management role wishing to gain deeper self-awareness and improve their skills. Her guidance is insightful, tailored, and truly transformative.

Belinda is amazing

Belinda is a really warm person full of empathy and compassion. I spoke with her after I lost a job prior to Covid. Lockdown and subsequent hiring freezes made it difficult to find a new role. There was a real financial strain upon myself and my family and my frustrations were apparent. I started speaking with Belinda on a mentorship basis and one of the key questions she asked me was what I wanted next and in life in general. I found from speaking with her openly, I wanted a bit more than just a job and was able to seek it in my next role. Every conversation helped improve my confidence and boosted my self esteem. I am forever thankful for Belinda's support.

Great experience, really recommended

As a manager of a team, I was enrolled in Boost Learning's "Being the Manager" program seeking improvement in my management skills, and it exceeded my expectations. This transformative program equips managers to handle everyday and unique people-related situations with ease, objectivity and empathy. The emphasis on effective communication with clear objectives, coupled with the focus on developing one's management style has led to a positive transformation of my vision about the leadership meaning, to become the trainer that the collaborators need to become their own responsibles. "Being the Manager" doesn't just address current challenges; it empowers managers to achieve career goals and aspirations carrying, providing valuable knowledge and insights. A fantastic experience - Highly recommend Boost Learning

I had a fantastic experience of working with Belinda and would highly recommend Boost Learning. As a senior manager I am always seeking out learning opportunities and ways to improve my leadership approach. I recently completed a number of sessions focused of change management and the support I received from Belinda was invaluable. I believe that Belinda's approach is unique in that she really challenges you to focus on where you are at currently, where you would like to go, but also to identify blind spots or areas for improvement. Belinda's sessions have encouraged me to start a new chapter in my career and I have no doubt that I will work with Boost Learning again in the future.
