Boot.space has very good potential. It can help with data sync and data backup and with automation.

The idea for the app is great and I hope the Boost.Space team will work on stability and getting things done. Fingers crossed.

Unbelievable value and versatility!
You think you are getting a tool that just connects data with software but you get whole lot more. The integrator module in Boost.Space is whole another app itself and covers all you needs when connecting data.

The learning curve can be also daunting but I find the documentation and guides to be good so just take your time. Anyways, I feel like I have just touched the surface even tho I have done a lot. Highly recommend it!

I bought this product to connect various 3rd party applications and web services together in a web app I am working.

Although Boost.Space has quite the learning curve to it - the provided documentation and video tutorials do a great job of explaining core concepts and ideas.

Once one has taken the time to learn the core concepts you should be well on your way to setting up the integrations you need.

Boost Space is truly amazing. Its flawless performance and multitude of integrations make it stand out. However, it may have a slight learning curve for newcomers.

Huge number of tools to integrate and connect with each other, as well as the ability to consolidate all my data into one place and turn it into meaningful information for my business. It makes it much easier to work with all the data inside your business.

Very powerful product if you know how to use it.
But the only problem is it comes with a quite steep learning curve.
But as more tutorial coming out it will be much easier for us to get use of it.

I was having issues getting my account setup with Boost Space, and their support team stepped in and was able to resolve my issue rather quickly.

It took some time to get a hold of someone, so I suggest reaching out via their online chat/email tool, vs manually emailing them. Once I did that, I answered a couple questions and was good to go with a matter of minutes.

Having used Make.com before, I was comfortable with automation. The feature that stands out in Boost.space is its ability to simplify data management. It has a minimal learning curve yet offers rich functionality, which is a significant advantage.

I appreciate the great opportunity to share my journey toward automation. During my office hours, I often needed to filter Excel data by different categories. However, after implementing automation, I've found that the work that used to take me several hours can now be completed in just a few minutes. This transformation has also helped me manage various conditions more effectively, which I would be happy to describe further.

Overall good product , increasing number of integrations , still waiting for some specific integrations and workflow should bring more flexiblity

Let's be honest, the vast majority of us here are looking for that quick "fix-it" program that will make our life and work easier, get us more clients, and help us succeed in our business endeavors. Now, I'm going to be honest with this review; I've only been using Boost.space for a little over a week and have barely touched the surface of what it will do for me and my nonprofit. So, I will not be able to give a full 360 review on how this app has changed my life forever, but I will tell you that it has made a **fantastic** first impression.

Pros ✅ and Cons ❌ Time
✅ The ease of use and navigation - a breath of fresh air compared to many systems I've used. It has a great user interface and is quick to respond. Something nice to have in a system that may end up being the central hub for all of my data and where I will be spending the majority of my computer work time.
✅ The breadth of functions - There are so many out-of-the-box functionalities (modules) and step-by-step workflows to help you get going that it is evident that the developers and team behind Boost.Space has put a lot of thought and hard work into this project.
✅ The depth of integrations - I knew in their marketing that they mentioned having over 1700 integrations, but it wasn't until I got started adding my various external sources that I realized just how many different data sources I interact with every day and how many they have integrations for. Even some that I was sure they wouldn't have, like my survey software Questionpro.
✅ The friendliness of the staff - Yea, let's just say that I have interacted with a hand full of different staff and they have all been very kind, patient and always seem to have a smile on their faces. Their work environment must be a blast to be around, because they all seem so happy to work there.
✅ The quick response time to in-app contacts - Being in a timezone many hours different, I expected a delay in communication, but it isn't that much at all; and in fact there have been times that I was able to get on a chat with someone within minutes and they were able to assist me and help fix the issue I was having.
✅ The detailed documentation - Whenever you run into errors with technology you should always first read the documentation.... well maybe first turn it off then back on... but if that doesn't work, then read the documentation. And they have very good documentation from what I've seen. I've only had a few issues with some (see ❌ below).
✅ The free webinars and education videos for setting up scenarios and automations. These are readily available and I have only been able to watch a few. Too busy with other tasks, but I can't wait to start going through more to see how I can continue to build out the integrations and automate my workflow even more to take more of the mundane tasks off my plate.

❌ The difficulty in setting up some of the more robust integrations - I have a PostgreSQL database that houses all of my members' information, a Salesforce database that houses all of my donor and supporter information, and many MySQL databases for various blogging and eCommerce sites for our nonprofit. For some reason, I just can't get them to work as they are supposed to. I have read the documentation and double checked everything, but still nothing. I did finally send off an email today to support asking for assistance. But, I do wish it was a bit easier to connect.
❌ The confusing verbiage sometimes in how things are labeled - as a for instance, you can place modules within different menus, but then they all are located within the same "My Modules" section as if not separate. So, why different menus? To fix this, I just put those modules in separate folders. Other things like this do pop up from time to time, but that is part of a learning curve.
❌ No News to be found - There is a seeming lack of easily found documentation to get the News module to work. I was able to get the API key and install it. But then it says to use a query, but doesn't say how to write the query or where to put it. I tried just a search term, and nothing showed up. A bit disappointing as this is something that would be great to keep apprised of for my sector of work.

All in all, I give Boost.space 4 tacos. They have a very polished offering here with a LOT of promise! I would give all 5 tacos if the documentation had been more complete to help aid in some standard troubleshooting (ie, you get this error, check this or this error, check this). There also needs to be a bit more documentation on verbiage or how to use newer modules.

But, over all, very happy with my purchase and can't wait to see how this will ultimately help my nonprofit get more organized and grow!

Boost.space is truly groundbreaking. I love having all my data synced and being able to connect it to my daily apps.

There's a learning curve on how to use it, but it seems that the team is willing to help. It's a good Zapier alternative.

A bit of a learning curve but the product is great allowing for a lot of data consolidation and with the amount of app integrations this really is a winner.

So easy to use once you get it, and the customer support is great

Space.boost is an automation synchronisation platform that takes a data element, standardises it and pushes it to all other systems that uses the same element. Update it in one place and it updates it all others correctly. Built on Make.com, it already has direct interfaces for 1800+ tools and APIs for those that aren't onboard yet. It's workflows are extremely helpful, and it's easy to substitute a tool for one you already use. Recommended.

I have just started using this- I had some troubles getting started, however the videos were very helpful!! As someone that has data spread all over this is all I hoped it would be and excited to see how they keep improving-

I was a bit confused at first, then I watched some of Boost Space's youtube videos and finally understood the issue they are solving; your single source of truth for various type of data - incorporating automations with apps in your tech stack.
The hit-home feature is their partnership and native integration with Make's automate engine for automation and synchronization.
