Over the last 15 years I have written a number of nutrition books for nationally famous doctors, all based on solid scientific journal data... and these folks at Boomers know their stuff and have wonder products!

I think everything was excellent and thoughtful. Tho only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is the printed instructions for taking the supplements is inj extremely small print and very difficult to read upon the first time of taking the supplements. I have been taking them now for less than a week and am already feeing the beginning results. I thank you all very much for the care and performance of the entire association. Linus Risk

Sleep product really works for a good night sleep (& a calm, peaceful deep, restful sleep). Boomers shake tastes good (which surprised me) & you feel good after drinking it & more energetic. I added Vitimen D & other nutrients to shake as recommended (that came in combo package).
