They have something that looks like a customer service... I dont know what it is but it looks like a customer service of a casino runned by greedy money clowns. Service is such a wack that I had to wash my hands after visiting the customer service. My hands smelled like trash and misery, in otherwords, they smell like Boomcasino 👍

i logged in friday deposited 310 euro won 1000 all was fine i went to withdraw the amount and on saturday acount closed. winnings stolen and they whil refund the deposits i have made stay away from this corrupt casino so u dont fall in the same trap as me even there term say full amount on balance whill be send upon closing acount but ofcourse they dont do that stay away at all costs !!

Got prove that at least one of the games in this casino is rigged.

As i was playing a game, i noticed that my account balance grew every time I started bonus rounds. Funny is, that after bonus rounds I noticed that the increase in my balance was exactly the size of my wins from the bonusrounds. So clearly the winnings are not random at all.

Contacted customer support for refund of my deposits, since it's clearly not fair play. All they said is, that they operate fairly and I have mistaken.

Be very careful with this online casino. They unfortunately use their own servers to set their own RTP. They also offer bonuses that although you went through your balance/bonus, the wagering requirements will carry over to your next deposit. Which means if u have a 12k wager and get through 6k and go to 0 balance and redeposit, you will have to go through that 6k wager plus any new bonus wager you got. This is not normal through any other providers and can get you caught up in gated wins with no chance of withdrawal. They do not make this clear in their terms and rules.

I won $300..I sent in all info like they asked...but , because my driver's license is a bit older,vthey didn't accept it because it lacks color...I also told them I'm sick with a fatal kidney disease and the banking is joined...they want me to prove that its a joint account....This is the same information I sent to the other casinos and everyone accepted them, but they won't accept it at this casino.
