I ordered the pink Mulan Anti-Cellulite Leggings because I loved how these looked on the website, along with the other products. However, what I received instead was this strange purple-ish version of what I ordered. I immediately reached out to their support who replied the following:

"Thank you for your order from us! We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you are already planning a return, we would like to make you an exclusive offer: If you decide to keep the returned items, we will refund you 50% of the purchase price - very conveniently and without having to go to the parcel shop!

Not only can you save time and effort, but you can also do something good for the environment as less shipping routes and packaging material are used."

This reply is from Jennifer Hill. I don't want to pay 50% for this wrong product, I simply want the correct pink version as depicted on the website. My money was eventually refunded, thank you for your customer service.

Amazing Customer Service
I ordered 4 pair for my wife. She loved and them and the way they fit. One pairgot a whole in them after the first wash. I wrote to customer service and they overed to refund 50% and keep the pair or replace or get a full refund. We decided to replace because they look great on her. The new ones should be on the way soon. Thanks

Received the pants with two holes in them.. but overall satisfied with them!! They make my bum look amazing. Contacted customer support, they’re going to send out another pair for me free of charge!!

I’ve ordered 3 pair of BoomBooty legging for my wife and we both love them! She loves the way they feel and I like the way they make her butt LOOK - irresistible.
These leggings are great quality and the customer care is great.

Great customer service but they are not for a thicker women,my wife said she feels absolutely ridiculous in them,and says the ride up way to high.Hopefully I will get my partial refund for not returning them,knowing she will never use them is kinda sad!

I am very satisfied with the shop. Nice goods, fits well, fast shipping. Unfortunately, once I ordered the wrong size, but the customer service surprised me with their helpfulness and everything was resolved very quickly to my satisfaction. I look forward to my next purchase.

My leggings where broken and got good service and fast reply. It is my third pair and never had any problem before and this time they fixed it very fast. Love the leggings, very soft and good looking!

Product seems to be well made. Wife hasn't tried them yet but likes the style. Shipping is a little slow, but no fault on the company, seems to be issue with USPS. Customer service was great, with quick response to questions. Will purchase from here again.

I love these leggings! My boyfriend and other male friends like them even more! LOL
My last order ripped in the middle seam between the legs after just a few weeks so I wrote to customer service and they responded so quickly and politely and offered to send me a new pair for free, I just had to send a photo of the rip.
I've got 3 pairs and have just ordered a 4th! They are so comfortable and really make me feel confident. I don't have a perfect body, but in these leggings I've gotten so much attention. Thank you!

Cabooom that Bum
I bought this to my wife for my birthday. She's too self conscious to buy leggings herself and this is the first pair that oulines instead of hiding her forms.
Both of us are happy with the material and stretchiness, even if the legs are a bit too long.
Customer support is also great! I entered wrong shipping address and contacted them by mail. Changes were made within the day. Follow up contacts were also prompt, plentiful, and in good manner.
The only downside was that shipping took about 10 days to deliver after placing the order.

Boombooty ask you to leave them a positive review and in return they give you a 50% off voucher. What they don't tell you is that the items are already 50% off anyway.
Unacceptable sales tactics from the company. I am a very upset customer

Order a some legging for my wife but accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed the support team to change the size and jennifer hill got back to me very quickly and changed the size excellent service very please.

Customer service is amazing and fast on replying to your questions.

I sent in a query about my partners Boom Booty leggings & got a response in 24hrs,they offered to replace the damaged leggings free of charge & apologised for the inconvenience I know my partner loves her Boom Booty leggings & I am so glad I bought them for her. Xmas is coming & I hope Santa brings her some new Boom Booty leggings.

I am so disappointed with the customer service that I experienced. The company sent me clothing with the tags cut off. Not only that, they are wayy too small. I couldn’t even get my leg into a medium. I am a ladies size 6! Their customer service is doing zero about it. I will never purchase again.
