Efficient, reliable but expensive ;)

Extremely convenient and accommodating. Needed test in Paris at last minute as the other vendor I had pre booked and prepaid took the test for both my kids and did not send results and literally left me helpless before my flight. This company not only conducted the test and gave the results within an hour, they also went the extra mile. Booking slots had closed for the day. The gentleman at the lab called the back end team and got the booking slots reopened for me. It is very difficult and stressful being half way across the world from home to get these tests done at the last moment. Customer service at its best. Thank you.

Quick, effective and efficient

Very convenient and efficient. Everything worked as advertised.

The testing experience was very efficient, no more than 5 mins from arrival to departure, including check-in, payment and the test. As promised, results were received in about an hour.

The lovely girl who did our test made the ridiculous and absolutely unnecessary procedure quite tolerable in spite of this crazy world, controlled by elites who decide what the science is or is not at any given moment, as well as stripping us of many of our basic freedoms and rights.
So we bless her!!
Also, getting the results was a little terrifying when we couldn't get the verification code by call or text.... (No mobile data in Germany and time was limited before it would have been too late). But we figured it out eventually. So in the end, it worked.

It was quick and efficient and the result came within 1 hour.

First, I don't give a damn about whether I am positive or negative. It's a freaking flu. Fk China.

Generally speaking, testing itself was fine. The staff were very friendly, and you get your result in about an hour. However, my sole purpose of doing a covid test is for me to fly to China, and the Chinese Embassy in Paris replied that this institution is not certified by the French authority, and thus they won't allow me boarding. It costed me quite a lot of money to reschedule my flight, and I can still remember the frustration when I was told I cannot go home.

For those who just want to have a quick result, yes it is doing a great job. For travellers going to another country with Covid-related restrictions, check the official site of your destination country, and call to ask if results from this organization are valid to them.
