Great learning material the mock reallly prepared me for the test lol. Not to mention it’s pointless buying unless you have a access to a laptop or computer.

I found the service to be OK I must admit I was ready to cancel but the link wouldn't work and did not allow me to do that at a cost of 25 pounds and I was charged for resits even though I didn't pass the theory test as I had problems with my laptop but it doesn't allow me to use my phone. There is no videos or tests available as support to help with the test I have since found better places that were the whole package not all bad I did pass so thank you

I booked the theory test through the website as it offered Re-sits
I was nervous about the test therefore I felt this structure will benefit better incase I will need another try.
The overall customer service experience was excellent from start to finish all my questions were answered immediately with text messages and emails to confirm conversation and details so it wasn’t lost once I logged out the website.
Finally I was given an exit question if I had passed- I did
