I was told my novel would be marketed…

I was told my novel would be marketed by Barnes, et al. Not true, This company only tried to sell via online Amazon. But, who would know my book existed if it was not marketed? Their costs to me went beyond $24k USD, audio they demanded another $16k. And then hadn't sold one of my books! From the start of the contract, xlibris did NOT tell me the total costs involved from me. I had no more $ to give them during the marketing phase. They stopped. I lost $27 + k USD!
