LOVE BOOKIS
LOVE BOOKIS! Only used to for selling / buying used curriculum and never had anything shiped. But for students that 2/ year need to buy (often) very expensive books, this platform is great for trading!!

The selling process was really easy
The process of selling was very easy with really good communication all the way from the interest from the buyer was conveyed, to the parcel was picked up, the tracking of the book journey to the buyer, and to the payment was done.

The book was in perfect condition
The book was in perfect condition. Delivery took around 10 days, (though seller sent it right away), a little bit too long in my opinion, but I am happy anyway due to the perfect condition of the book.

Positive experience
I am new at Bookis and have in few weeks sold 3 books already. However I think the system should allow the buyers to have the possibility to see the books a same seller has and have the possibility to buy several books from the same seller in order to optimize the freight charges.

The book was misrepresented
The book was an audiobook, even though it was listed and priced as a printed book. I didn´t get what I thought I was buying, and there is no way to report this to Bookis. They take no responsibility and leave me to argue with the seller. I was expecting them to deliver some safety.

I have ordered book on 24th January but not yet received.
I have ordered book on 24th January but I didnot receive yet. Today is 28th January. Bookis use delivery mode as Dooris shipping agent. I belive it is their sister compnay. Dooris lies beacuse they send me a message they can't deliver book unkown reason and had submited to PostNord shipping agent to deliver the book. It badly need for me before this weekend. Bad servis of Bookis and Dooris...!
