I've been a customer of Booking Hawk for a few years and would highly recommend them.

I'm based in NZ and was worried the time difference would make a difference to service but they are super responsive and helpful.

It's easy to set up and their videos are succinct and helpful.

The system is very good value for money and its great to support a smaller business rather than the sales pushy large US based booking companies.

I use booking hawk for pop up events, courses and single classes for my Yoga and Sound Healing company.

It couldn't be easier. I spent time researching booking systems that would suit my needs and be easy to use. I own and manage TheYurt, a wellness space in Co Kildare. We offer a variety of classes and workshops. Before I tried Booking Hawk, I was spending hours every week, texting customers to take bookings, confirm reservations, ask questions, look for payment etc. It was very time consuming and left me wide open to make mistakes. Booking Hawk has taken all that away from me. I have full control over what classes go up on the system, how they are described, how many places I have available in each class, the email the customer receives including questions they may need to answer. The system also requests a deposit and collects customers contact information. If I want to run the same or similar class/workshop again, I can simply edit and re-open the class. There are so many features - The team at Booking Hawk has thought of everything. They understand our business very well. I am not great with tech, but this is so easy to use, it looks professional and is very affordable. Honestly, I would be lost without it.

I have used BookingHawk software since 2021 and have found it very easy to use. In fact, I l found it so good for my class bookings that I started using it for party bookings too. The support level I receive is outstanding. Niall will always respond rapidly and is constantly upgrading the system for an even better customer experience.

I have been a member of BookingHawk for over a year and have been highly impressed with the service. There is always someone able to answer any questions or request, and plenty of useful videos to help you through. I recommend BookingHawk to all my self employed friends and colleagues who need a bookings platform. On the few occasions where things have gone wrong, BookingHawk are quick to rectify this. I signed up for BookingHawk for my workshops back in 2022 and I have nothing but praise for the company. The customer service is brilliant and it’s so easy to add new dates/events. In 2019, I was overwhelmed by the volume admin work required to run my business and started to explore online booking platforms. Finding an Irish platform appealed to me and Niall offered me a free trial, after which there was no turning back. Over many challenges including Covid, bookinghawk.com has surpassed my expectations by responding to change in the wider setting (e.g. online video integration in Covid) and in continually upgrading their product and they have excellent customer service which has been the deciding factor for me to continue to use bookinghawk. Their service, although professional and user friendly for both the business and the customer, still offer a personalized customer support, which, is a rare find.

The best investment I made in my little yoga business has been to get the Bookinghawk system. It seamlessly manages weekly classes, workshops, events and retreats with much of the functionality of some of the bigger studio software packages.

Absolutely fab booking system. I used to be with mindbody and it was overly complicated and hugely expensive! I am so happy with BookingHawk. The customer service is amazing with super speedy replies, it's so easy to set up all my events and manage it all by myself once it was set up and the price is just awesome and totally affordable for my small business. Highly recommend!

I run children's classes (Maia Purposeful Play) and I have been using BookingHawk as my booking platform for nearly two years. From the very beginning, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely user-friendly for my clients.

The initial set-up was straightforward. If I remember correctly, the first month was free at the time. There were plenty of helpful YouTube videos explaining everything step by step, and the team were (and still are) incredibly responsive whenever I email with a question.

Even with my different class offerings, various prices, vouchers, discount codes, public or private links etc, BookingHawk has everything my business needed.

In terms of cost, I find them very reasonable compared to other providers. I have recommended BookingHawk to a number of other businesses, and I look forward to continuing to use their services.
