I have only realised that this Company has been taking a monthly payment of €39 out of my bank account since June. I was on holiday in Prague and tried to book a taxi online with them, which stated a taxi would be with me in 10mins, but it didn't turn up. When I called their number, which was in Dublin, no one picked up the phone. I didn't think anymore about this until I found the money coming out of my account. I don't have any login details and no emails from them advising I had somehow signed up to a monthly contract. This is now being being handled as a fraud case through my bank.
UPDATE Very happy to report my bank have repaid all the money that was taken from me by this unscrupulous Company

⚠️ £716 PAID — NO AEROMEXICO RESERVATION — EXTREMELY CONCERNING EXPERIENCE

I am posting this review so that other travellers can make an informed decision before handing over their money.

I booked flights through BookForYou/Flycations and was specifically told by their representative over the telephone that £716 was the FINAL payment required and that once this payment was made, my Aeromexico tickets would be issued.

I made the £716 payment based on that clear representation.

After paying, I contacted Aeromexico directly to verify the booking. I was told that there was no reservation under my details.

That is extremely concerning.

At this point, I have paid £716 on the understanding that this was the final payment and that I would receive my airline tickets, yet the airline itself has confirmed that there is no reservation.

I have asked BookForYou to provide the actual Aeromexico PNR and e-ticket numbers so that I can independently verify the booking. If they cannot provide those, I have requested my money back.

I have also raised the matter with my bank and am pursuing the appropriate consumer/regulatory channels.

My advice to anyone considering using BookForYou: please do your own checks before paying. In particular, make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for, whether the amount is genuinely the final ticket price, and obtain a verifiable airline PNR/e-ticket before assuming that your flight has actually been ticketed.

I am leaving this review based on my own experience and the information provided to me by Aeromexico. I sincerely hope this matter is resolved, but until it is, I would urge other travellers to exercise extreme caution and independently verify their booking directly with the airline.

Experience 20/10. Mr Jamie Smith exceeded all my expectations.
Finding someone like him was crucial to allow a trip to Thailand for myself and a disabled friend to go ahead.
Jamie effortlessly handled the booking for both of us. Who by the way we live in different parts of the country. Jamie organised the tickets, one business class and one economy, arranged very good prices, arranged the payment and had our tickets emailed to each of us in under four hours.
He is also arranging an ailse seat for myself which is needed as rather tall.
Even found out the Terminal we fly from so we can plan our journey in advance.
Jamie is a special guy. Without him we would have been able to make the trip..

Do not dare to book at this website. You put details for the flight and the webpage comes up with many airlines information date and times and luggage information and total price as a family say 1500 in total for 6 passengers.

Once you see the total they tell you to call the agent. When you call the agent and give details if the ine you want to book. The agent will say yes this is whatbyou have to pay in total.

They then take your WhatsApp details and ask you to give you family name and date of birth details they then send an email
THAT YOU MUST READ BEFORE YOU PAY AS THE BOTTIM OF THE EMAIL IT WILL SAY THE PAYMENT YOU MADE IS INITIAL PAYMENT AND YOU NEED TO PAY FURTHER TO GET E-TICKET.

Seems like a scam. Booked a taxi in spain which never arrived but were alerted by our credit card company today that they have been taking £34 a month out as if its a subscription. Thanks to our cc company that it was detected and declined. Do not use!

Scam- don't book from here. I booked and paid from here, after few minutes she called me and started bargaining that if I don't pay extra then I have to lose my money as well as If I cancel I have to lose some money. When I made booking she sent me fake booking details. I talked to my bank to cancel the purchase and they couldn't help to cancel. Therefore I lost some money and got back rest. Please be aware with this scammer.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not book, they advertise flights at low prices and then trick you into booking then send you fake booking references. Demanding more money. I am disputing with my credit card but they should be shut down and arrested. They seem to operate under other names flight watchers and others....you have been warned!
They don't have any office in London they using fake address and web number.

I had a very bad experience with BookForYou.co.uk and would strongly advise others to be extremely careful before making any payment.

I was quoted a price for two economy-class one-way tickets and paid £900. After making the payment, I did not receive the tickets. Instead, I was asked to pay approximately £2,400 more for the same booking.

At the time of payment, I understood the £900 to be part of the cost of the tickets. Being asked for a substantial additional amount afterwards, without receiving the tickets, was extremely concerning and left me feeling that I had been misled.

I have since found numerous other recent customer reviews describing similar experiences, including people saying they were initially quoted one price, paid money, and were subsequently told that the payment was only a deposit or service fee and that additional money was required before tickets could be issued.

My personal experience: I paid £900 and did not receive the tickets I was expecting, while being asked for approximately £2,400 more.

I am sharing this review so that other people can do their own research and be very careful before sending money.

Tried to use the service for a taxi, waited for 40min before canceling the taxi. But the lock you into a subscription on sign-up, which you need to cancel separately! This feels like a scam!

Further to my recent review this bunch of cowboys today tried to take €35 from my bank account. The bank refused the payment and told me. So I had to cancel the card. Avoid this outfit at all costs!

Complete and utter SCAM.
Tried (unsuccessfully) to book a taxi while on holidays, My bank froze my card immediately - while talking to my bank it transpires that there is a €39/month subscription after being applied. Do not know how they collected my data.
Only I can cancel the subscription, and, guess what, this crowd of charlatans are uncontactable!
Will have to wait for subscription to be stolen from my account before I can 'raise a dispute' with my bank in order to cancel all future subscriptions.

I tried to book a taxi and then I got signed up to a €39 subscription. Luckily my bank picked it up and declined it. Careful !

Please please do not touch this company, book for you or fly watchers with a barge poll total fraudsters.
I booked a flight to Isamabad man told me to secure the tickets pay £670 the advertised fare. Whilest on the phone sent me email to check the itinerary for flight details and reply back with confirmation. Not seeing the £670 was only the deposit. Next day they wanted another £445 to issue the ticket. They said I confirmed this by email . Fighting for refund only being offered 50%.
Please please stay away 🙏
