Ordered a book for my 2 year old. Found out afer that the seller didn't have it. Bookdelivery sorted it on their end and we got it.

Some kind of scam - bought a book, refunded with no explanation as it's still available on the website. Emailed with them, assured me I could reorder, they had 17 in stock and now just had the same thing again. Waste of time. Avoid.

For the reply from them below, this happened twice, the second order was made when 'jeremy' assured me there were 17 in stock and actually I haven't had my refund yet. They clearly don't know their arse from their elbow- AVOID

I ordered some Warhammer books online and both ended up being refunded because they were out of stock, why waste my time and their time? If there's no stock then why allow me to purchase them?

Brought the exact books I ordered in the right time.

I dont understand why this site lists books that are out of stock... allows you to purchase and then next thing you know you're getting a refund with zero explanation. This has happened with 4 different books now. The only one i actually received was the wrong publisher. I've seen them respond here saying they rely on others information but that's not good enough in my opinion. Only good thing is I do get a refund but surely you can keep your site up to date.

We live in Portugal so getting English language books is sometimes tricky. Alhtough delivery took a 10 days or so, the book arrived in good condition. I would use again.

My first order was never received. Afetr contacting both the carrier and Bookdelivery, the vendor sent a new copy of the book. Thank you !

Highly recommend the book delivery for any books you might be looking to purchase. The books arrived in perfect order and within the timeframe stated when ordered.

Website is listing long out of print out of stock books and constantly re listing them as in stock you email them to ask if they are ready to be shipped and they say they have a number of them in stock ready to ship it doesnt make sense if the stock has been out of print for years and its not in stock why waste peoples time and money and list them it does not make sense !

Update*All my orders have since been refunded after asking for a refund i left two orders un canceled i asked if they are in stock and when they will arrive and they emailed me back and they said will be arriving by the delivery date,funny thing was i had another order with the same books aswell and they emailed me saying all my orders have been refunded as they are out of stock i then went on to the website and all the books they said that are out of stock are still showing in stock with more then 10 books available wouldnt trust this store as far as i could throw it very dissapointed as i spent hours looking for the books online and adding them to cart.

Still waiting on my warhammer books to be delivered to Australia Ordered multiple orders of warhammer books going back to 17th of october and not one order has been sent out have not recieved any tracking waiting to hear back from them and will be hoping to recieve a refund.The books are saying sent from supplier if the books arent in stock dont advertise them as in stock as ive seen other buyers having the same problem with warhammer books very disapointed and feel i have been ript off and scamed out of my money i should have known better if something is to good to be true it usually is in this case.I feel so stupid for ordering books from here.If book delivery can get in contact with me and refund me on all of my orders that i have made i would appreciate that as i have spent well over $1000 worth of books and now im out of pocket with no books

I placed three separate orders for several Warhammer 40k books, all clearly listed as in stock at the time of purchase — and they even stayed that way for weeks afterward. Yet, after more than three weeks of silence, I was suddenly told that half of my books were actually out of stock and that they were now “looking for a supplier” for the rest. Meanwhile, those same titles still appear as available for sale on their website.
This is outright deceit. They take your money, pretend to have the items, and then try to get you to settle for useless store credit. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Out of print books set a bad impression of hope. In the end, too good to be true so it was quite a bummer to not get them.

delivery finally reach my house today. information goes quiet when the parcel is shipped from MHI. Have to divert asking for information from MHI themselves.

In the end, product is delivered on point to estimated timing given so that is a great experience for me in Malaysia. Will consider for future purchases if time is not an issue.

4 stars overall.

initial assessment after the date of experience which is the first time i put in the order, 52045802. i waited 2 weeks of business days worth of imported shipping and when the date comes, one book was refunded, angels of caliban, and two others have to be adjusted from an alternative supplier.

I have left tickets to be answered and most are promptly answered. What I would like to know is, will I be given the run around of another 2 weeks worth of waiting that comes to nothing?

How is it possible to wait 2 weeks and then to be told the books are not with supplier A, we need to find another when a phone call or an email within that 2 weeks would have speed up the process?

Can you help me, a desperate buyer for the remaining two books, get any assurances from bookdelivery that there are actually books coming to the US supplier and shipped to me instead of a generic time frame that i wait out with not much answers?

Ordered couple of books from them, and everything was in order. The delivery time was a bit long, given that they are from UK, and now with Brexit and all, it took about 2 weeks to get to me (I'm from Italy). The books where we'll packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Would consider them for future orders.
