Ordered a book in September 2025. A month later nothing had arrived; since then I have sent several emails and even messaged them on Facebook. No response at all even after a week between each message. Yet meanwhile, their Facebook page still puts up new engagement-farming posts. If this is not simply fraudulent it is the most atrocious customer service of any bookshop I have had the misfortune to patronise.

This seems to be a fake shop
This dealer should be blacklisted. Months ago I bought an item there online. It never arrived. The dealer responds to my messages only sporadically, with no information at all about the status of my order. It seems that he/she is playing for time.

Frustrating Experience
I’ve had a terrible experience purchasing from Bookdealers.co.za. My order has still not shipped after 12 working days when they claim 5-7 working days to ship. I’ve sent multiple emails and WhatsApps which just get ignored. I wonder if the books I ordered actually exist!
