I recently purchased a subscription and then decided to request a full refund as per the Terms of Service. Unfortunately, I did not receive a full refund as is the industry standard and fair and reasonable business practice. Further, my credit card company confirmed the fact that refunds are always supposed to be identical to original payments, but were not able to dispute it on my behalf for other reasons. Be forewarned.

im Publisher since 2017, i worked with Helium and every tool possible but Book beam is the Beamer for me. The only problem is the Price for newcommers. They dont have that money to pay Bookbea. I would be so great if one Tool offering smt like: first 3 mounth you pay 50% or smt so, i could swear yhis people will be with you for ever.
