I can't give any less than 5*. I own Thugz Vehicle Transportation Limited and was told about Book A Movement early on. From the staff on the phone (particularly Troy and Bill) to the availability of work and simplicity of the process from accepting a job to being paid this is a great platform that ensures I can fully utilise my fleet. They have all the time in the world to assist with queries when getting started with them and they make it known that regardless of the issue you might face they're there to assist. Their platform has already served us well for both main loads and backloads again reducing our empty mileage and maximising profits. I would recommend this platform to other vehicle hauliers

We have completed a couple of jobs on the platform with no issues but lately they have block us from seen any work in and out of Scotland which for us is no use as half our drivers are based in Scotland other half England. We made contact regarding this matter and they stated we haven’t accepted the jobs quick enough on the platform so we are now on the 2nd tier list! We corrected them about this as we accept jobs within 60 seconds of them been uploaded as the emails alert us but got told this is how they are now sorting the jobs out with tier 1 & 2. I can confirm if any jobs are not accepted within a hour or so then that’s when we get the chance to accept but they are normally very rural areas and that’s why not been snapped up by others. I have also been speaking with others on the platform a few have told me they also no longer use it due to this issue as they are the only platform which does this. Invoices also take 30 to 37 working days to be received and that’s from book a movement if they don’t handle payments then you can wait up to 3 months to be paid, other platforms pay within 7 to 14 days no brainer really avoid for us from now on managed last few months without any work from them sure we will survive!

Troy and the team continuously strive to make the collection and delivery process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. The platform is getting bigger each week with larger clients and chains coming onto the platform.

They have improved the portal, and spent a lot of time on details which make it easier for collection and delivery, they also have a great support team, who definitely go the extra mile.

I have only been using this site for 1 weeks and already i have completed 2 jobs.
Other sites where i have to bid, seem to go no where.
The work is well paid given some sites derisory payments
Overall ive found this site more than positive

Started using Book A Movement this week and as a single car transporter company it's nice to see all available work on a user friendly interface and pick and choose what the business wants/needs to do.
