Waste of money, time and 3rd party more expensive
Unacceptable, and neglected to mention the parking lot would only accept cash upon arrival check in. I was therefore late and could not pay for the remainder of the balance because I was using a work credit card.
In addition, the lot was cheaper if you went directly through their prebooking site.
Not only was I late for my flight, but it was a horrible start to the trip.

Book2park + Uber = perfect long term airport parking
Parking at Dulles International airport for more then 2 weeks at a time couldn't be more convenient then using Book2park and Uber. Although the satellite hotel offers shuttle service Uber is fast and convenient. With the savings in per day parking fees, the added expense of Uber is still less then parking at longterm parking. Plus, if there is inclement weather, you are hungry or need to use a restroom the full service hotel is where your car is parked- not a cold dark empty parking lot. I like my 10 year old euro sports coupe a lot but with its "17 onboard computers" I'm always a little nervous whether I'll need a jump start or a tire change when I get back. This hasn't happened but if I have to wait for AAA, I'd rather wait at the hotel bar then the airport parking lot, just saying...

I recommend without hesitation.
Quick and easy access to the parking facility. If you are early, there are plenty of walk-able shops and restaurants to kill time. Facility is safe, uncrowded and easy to find. Airport shuttle service is highly reliable and frequent enough.

Convenient & Reliable
I have been using this service for over two years since I found it on line. It is the best and most economic alternative to airport parking, can not beat it.

Book2park is the best!
The option to park at a hotel and take a shuttle to the airport is very useful. Easier and less expensive than parking at the airport for any long term parking.

waited almost 1 hour for the van.
My son came back 1 week before us, waited :1 hour for a pickup. We came back one week later, had to wait 1 hour in freezing wind blowing weather. Hotel was 10 minutes away, called the hotel twice, for a pickup. Will probably not your service again. When the van arrived it was cold. My opinion they( the hotel), did not have a driver available. Terrible service. We are traveling again in Feb. We will look for another hotel. Price was great, but service very poor.
Using book2park, was very easy and friendly to use. I would recommend it, but if the hotels do not live up to the consumers expectations then it's a reflection on book2park. They should not recommend hotels that drop the ball on providing good service.
