Customer for life
After receiving my order, my bra strap snapped instantly. I was so disappointed since I was looking forward to my new item. I contacted the customer service team and they took care of me same day. They instantly sent me a new one and let me keep the damaged one so I could repair it. The team was friendly professional and took responsibility for their product. It's been a long time since I had customer service like this and I appreciate it so much. They just made a customer for life.

Great customer service!
After purchasing a pair of Boody underwear on a trip and discovering how comfortable they were, I ordered a variety of their products online. One of the items did not fit well and I meant to return it, but I couldn't find the packing slip. I meant to contact them about it, but forgot until my return window had closed. I reached out and they were super nice about it, allowing me to return the one item, even though it was entirely my fault. In doing so, they earned a customer for life, as I greatly appreciate great customer service.

Overall, I’ve been really happy with Boody products, first purchased at Natural Grocers, and then I ordered a few things online once I understood the sizing. Great customer service—prompt reply and resolution (offer to replace or refund) when I received a pair of underwear with some manufacturing flaws. Couldn’t be happier with the products and the outcome. Great for travel (quick drying, comfortable).

Great Customer Service
I had an issue with a bra I ordered from Boody. I emailed them and got a quick response. They shipped me a replacement quickly. I’m impressed by their customer service which way is better than their competitor Bamboo. This was all after a few months past the purchase date.

Exactly what I wanted
Often when making a first time purchase online I am very hesitant. As I am sure, we all have had the experience of being disappointed. So for me, finding a company I can trust is very important. After my first Boody purchase I became a loyal customer. And now I continue the wonderful experiences of receiving exactly what I want. However, there is one exception. A padded bra I received had a side interior slit. Presumably so that one could remove the padding, which I attempted to do. But after removing most of the padding, at the very end, it was stitched into the bra. Most peculiar and I simply don’t understand why….

As for the slit at the side of the cup, we completely understand why one would think it's there to give the option to remove the internal padding. Our padding is secured at only the base of the cup, which allows for our signature four-way stretch - something that wouldn't be possible if the cup were sewn all the way around.
We've added the hole to provide easier accessibility to the cup, should it fold or move over time. That said, we totally hear you and will pass this valuable feedback on to our team.
